Privacy policy

This policy explains what information Boldeye Security (“Boldeye”, “we”, “us”) collects when you use this website or contact us, and how we use it.

What we collect

This website does not store the forms you fill in. When you contact us, whether by WhatsApp, text, phone call or email (including through the service-call form, which opens WhatsApp or your messaging app with your details filled in), we receive the information you choose to send. That may include:

• your name
• your phone number
• your email address
• your address or the property address
• your message, such as what needs fixing and when suits you

How we use it

We use this information only to reply to you, prepare quotes, and schedule and carry out service. We may keep a record of our conversation and the work we did, so we can help you again later.

We don’t sell your data

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only when needed to provide the service you asked for, or when the law requires it.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not track you across other sites. Your browser may keep a small setting in its own storage for the current visit (for example, that you closed the floating video). That setting is not sent to us.

Third-party services

When you message us through WhatsApp, text or email, or follow a link to Instagram, that service handles your data under its own privacy policy. We encourage you to read those policies.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it to serve you and keep proper business records. After that we delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us using the details below.

Children

This website is meant for adults arranging services for their home or business. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
